This Belgium watercolourist made some interesting works
and especially the air and water impressions he did, were
sometimes astonishing. This appears to be one of his lesser
works but nonetheless a nice composition.

The skills in this drawing are evident! Julien Masson
allmost entirely worked with pencil but as the Paul Piron
states: "In fact all colors are there! Julien Masson was
born in 1891 and died in 1957. Work on paper.
